There are several ways you can support us:

1. If you are an organ transplant recipient living in SW Florida, the family member of a transplant recipient or if you are awaiting a transplant, we encourage you to join our group. You'll receive lots of support and you will be supporting others.

2. Make a direct financial contribution. Please send your tax-deductible donation to: Organ Transplant Recipients Of S.W. Florida, Inc. Mail it to:

We are an established 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization. All direct donations are fully tax-deductible. Be sure to include your current mailing address if it is not printed on the check so we can send you a receipt.

If you wish to donate to the Fletcher Trust Fund, please make your check payable to: Organ Transplant Support Group, Inc.-Fletcher Trust Fund and mail to: Mike Terry, Treasurer, 1110 NE 2nd Place, Cape Coral, Fl, 33909.

3. Set up an endowment or memorial fund. Just tell your financial advisor what you want to do and have them contact us to get set up. You'll be making a lasting difference in the lives of many people.
